Associate Director of Engineering

As the Associate Director of Engineering, I have led a diverse team of backend, frontend, and SDET engineers for an online product called BestBuys. This product, developed in partnership with Daily Mail UK, Focus.de, and Coupons.com, serves thousands of customers daily by promoting products and services from various partners. This role has provided me with extensive knowledge in affiliate marketing, data analytics, SEO, stakeholder communications, and CMS platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Team Management:
– Directed and managed a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

– Conducted regular code reviews, to maintain high standards of quality and security.
